The director
Neil Buchanan is the director of Invicta Investigation. He completed 30 years’ service in the police, having worked for Surrey Police, The Metropolitan Police and Kent Police.
Neil spent a number of years working on various squads in The Metropolitan Police and was commended for his investigative ability on a number of occasions. He has worked on major inquiries including murders, fraud and serious sexual offences. He was promoted to detective sergeant in 2003.
For the past four years, Neil has been working as an independent investigator and has provided his investigative skills to regulatory bodies, local authorities and firms of solicitors. Neil has also worked extensively with the traveller community, both as a detective and as a sergeant on Neighbourhood Teams.
Neil is a member of The Association of British Investigators, The International Federation of Associations of Private Detectives and is covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. He is also qualified to Pip level 2.
The business of Invicta Investigation is registered with The Information Commissioner's Office and is fully compliant with the Data Protection Act, 1998, and the General Data Protection Regulation, 2018. The Law Society of England and Wales endorses the use of members of The Association of British Investigators.

Debbie Woledge completed 30 years of service with Kent Police, having spent 26 years in the field of criminal investigation. During this time she worked on several murder cases and spent seven years in the field of fraud investigation including acting as deputy investigating officer on a large international property based fraud investigation.
Following completion of her police service she moved to the private sector where, for the following 11 years, she used her investigative skills to provide services to Regulatory Bodies, Local Authorities and various firms of solicitors.
